Why did they go back to synth pop with album 5? Album 4 Seventh Tree confused fans that's why! -
Great dynamics, nice pressing, sturdy cover. Buy with confidence. Great band. -
Punchy, dynamic, her vocals are showcased very well, with depth and texture. But most of all, you experience an amazing, mesmerizing 3D soundstage. Obviously the album itself is a total delight. I gave mine a quick wash and it is mostly free of surface noise, just a few scattered moments. Reasonably if not perfectly flat. Outstanding reissue.

This album sounds way better than it has any right to be on vinyl for something digital, regular weight and in color. The clarity is instantly a standout. That quiet that we all seek etc. im pretty surprised at how good it is on vinyl. I did have to turn up the volume more than usual but it’s great. Highly recommend as long as you find a good copy but they seem readily available.

This pressing is extremely clean. There is almost no surface noise at all. The music is pretty dynamic too. Sounds like it was mastered very well for vinyl. I just expect digital music on vinyl to sound flat and lifeless these days but I was really quite pleasantly surprised by how good this pressing sounded upon first listen. If you're looking for a good sounding copy of this album on vinyl, this is the one to get. -
My copy has constant surface noise (very minimal) & some constant clicks by the end of side B (25 seconds) - Still the pressing is magnificent and rich. -

I’ve never heard this album so clearly before (never previously had this on vinyl.) There is wonderful separation and a clear sound overall. Such a beautiful album and a wonderful pressing. 💖 -
I've got to say Mute know how to do pressings. This, like their previous coloured re-releases.. Is beautifully pressed, it's clean, flat and sounds crystal clear.
10/10 Mute - Top of the class -
