If this is a boot (it almost certainly is) it sounds obscenely good for one. I don’t know what they sourced this from, but quality of the source is superb. Super dynamic, great soundstage; Sounds leaps and bounds better than my official 2024 JOF reissue. Surface noise is present, but a wet clean seems to have solved a majority of the issues. If you cant hold out for a repress and don’t want to drop $500+ on an official press, this is the copy to grab.

It seems that there's a new boot going around. A comment from the 1996 French press had a link to this pressing, suggesting that there's a repress of this in circulation but with black vinyl. I got the black vinyl. The matrix runouts however match the French press so I'm really curious what's going on.

Sound wise, I'm impressed. It sounds good for a boot. Angry Chair and Rooster did have some skips, which was slightly annoying but it wasn't grating for me at all. Every other song plays without a skip. There are some other slight noises but they are far inbetween.

I have the unofficial Brown-ish and Pink-ish release. 80 bucks, sounds good for a bootleg although I don't have any crazy setup, so it can be worse on better setups. A bit pricey copy but if you want MTV, go for it.

These are on “The Vinyl Swap” online store for $60 right now. It’s this orange marble version. Sounds pretty good. Just have to turn the volume up higher than normal.

Like many have said. This MOV pressing is great. No question one of if not the best I own. With the right equipment. You’ll get a front row seat to this masterpiece.
