Pink Floyd – Relics

Only variant 9 in the listing above features a B-1 matrix, and I’ve never seen one. incredibly uncommon or just a typo? Does anyone actually have one? I am beginning to doubt it exists.

Terrible release. The record is poorly centered, the vinyl mass is very poor. There is constant noise in the right channel, crackling, clicking and rustling throughout the recording. At the same time, she came to me almost not played, barely put on the spindle. Buy yourself something else, especially since there is a lot of choice.
Australians, shame on you for putting THIS on sale instead of being thrown in the trash.

I know this because I have the set and am comparing these pressings right now and they are identical.

Harry Moss cut many of Pink Floyd's best sounding pressings and this one doesn't disappoint, buy with confidence.

Is this the correct picture for the labels on this release? The C is round here. I have a copy with orange labels but the C is cut out of an oval, not a circle (and thus is laterally more compressed).

Have had this for, well...as forever long as i can . Likely picked it up in a used shop back in the late 70's. Have to say, overall a super quiet pressing and while i would like just a tad more low end the sound quality is superb.

My copy is visually identical to this one (with the circled C and W in the left and right lower corners of the cassette shell, respectively) as well as XDR information on the reverse side of the J-card. Since the tape begins with the XDR tone burst, I assume the mastering is different from otherwise similar cassette versions.

Just excellent release. I was a little bit surprised to hear such quality of sound on this record - it’s rich, punchy, clear and detailed. Great thick gatefold cardboard. Quiet surface although the record is 53 years old.

My copy was brand new & sealed - but the first track on Side Two has many deep scratches throughout the entire song that are louder than the music! Completely unlistenable, and a total waste to money. It must have been some kind of accident at the pressing plant but really there is no excuse for this. Zero quality control.
