This was an amazing value when it was first released and cost $12.98 - $15.98. I bought it then and it didn't leave the cd player in my truck for at least 6 weeks. You've got all the hits and best songs from White Zombie and Rob's first two (and best) solo albums, plus two of the three best songs (Pussy Liquor and Brickhouse) from the House of 1000 Corpses Soundtrack. There is also a pretty groovy Ramones cover and two bonus tracks that are far from the common throwaway leftover bs you get on most anthology/best of collections. But wait!!! There's More!!!
There is a second disc and boy is it a doozy? A DVD containing 2 White Zombie videos and all 8 Zombie solo videos that were available when this was released. Somewhere along the way somebody either lifted my original copy of this or I loaned it to someone hoping to indoctrinate a prospective convert into the "Zombie Cult". Imagine my delight and surprise when I ran across a sealed copy for a measly $3 at my local record store a couple days ago. You can pick it up on this very site or eBay for $5 or less. Even a casual fan should find a deal like that irresistible. The damned DVD is worth more than that to even the most deranged obsessive and the casual fan. -
We could use a vinyl pressing of these RZ & WZ songs that were not included on the LP releases.
