With this message I call for all electronic/synth/new age collectors, researchers and fans:
I'm about to increase my efforts in research/discography and reissue possibilities.
For now I'm calling out to all of you help me gather info about early releases/tracks from Michael
Stearns, the titles/tracks are the following, as of now entered in draft releases: Desert Moon Walk.
I already ed a representative for Mr. Stearns/Erth Turtle Music and they told me that they
consider the material long lost and gone, which is very sad.
Now I hope someone here can help bringing more to light about this like metadata, rip and scans from
original cassettes or a master copy...

Later this year, because I'm now busy with an online house/cellar clearout sale of other music and
other stuff I collected, I will create a community based on discussion boards and a telegram channel
bringing together musicians, labels, shops, distributors, collectors, researchers, etc. to help
pushing further reissue efforts in the synth/electronic/new age field, already put toghether the
essential discography sheet with currently 1600 title entries, much just blanks because neither
title nor artist info is available.
Already done is an overview of most recent and important releases and labels contributing to
reissue classic material or new releases on vinyl format: Reissue Entries
And I started with a new age music archive of CD quality rips from rare releases.
Fortunately I previously ripped about 70% of my collection to CDs and will have to copy them
again on harddisks, since when I burned tapes/vinyl on CD harddisk space was expensive and now
it's the other way round...
