Anyone else having PayPal payments not show up?

I paid for a record over 9 hours ago, got a receipt email from Discogs and PayPal, but just checked back and it’s still showing as ‘invoice sent’. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes.
As a seller I sold a CD May 13 2025 and got no notice in email from Discogs or Paypal.
It was in my messages on Discogs website. And when I checked there was indeed a payment through Paypal on Paypals website.

But I never received any email notifications from either Discogs or Paypal. That was strange, but maybe there was a problem on the web or with my provider at the time. Subsequent sales email notices have arrived as normal.

The OPs posting was also on May 13. so that makes me think Discogs/Paypal link was not working properly that day.

Any sales after the 13th have had email notices from both Discogs and Paypal.
I don't rely on the email notices, I check the Discogs site regularly. So yes, I know.

Buyers are reporting getting error codes when trying to buy. If the sale didn't go through, you'd never know.

Not a sale until I get paid, so if it does not happen and I don't know you tried and you don't me, then it never was a sale to worry about.

This buyer got a receipt, so the sale went through. You are making a completely different problem your focus and derailing the thread, I will assume we just read the OPs info differently.
