Sellers have more spaces to give a bad review or to review a buyer. As a buyer we don't have that luxury we're limited by more than half to respond. Accusations made against me we're totally false, seller sent a two CD item without CDs. Then did not respond for weeks on end when I made an inquiry. I sent back on my dime the case and all that was sent to me. He was arrogant when he finally responded. Never followed up. Out of desperation I had to put in a claim with PayPal after getting absolutely no satisfaction from the seller. Every other seller I have dealt with has been super excellent. Never had a problem like this. I buy a lot okay, he's a rotten apple in the barrel. He does not make the rest of the sellers look good at all. I'm sorry this happened who would want this I didn't. But I take responsibility and I expected the seller to do the same but he never did.

If you believe the is unfair, you can have it reviewed. Click the arrow to the right of the and then click "Request review".

You should probably not have placed an order with this seller in the first place though. Their is terrible.

Yeah I know blame the buyer that's typical for discogs. But not typical for other buying sites. The hands off attitude of discogs and let the buyer beware doesn't work in the 21st century anymore.

No one here is blaming you for anything.

Well I'm glad to hear that because I really enjoy buying on discogs. It was a harrowing experience. I can tell you I didn't think it was ever going to be over in the middle of it. I had never encountered a seller like that and all my years of buying. 99.9% of the sellers on discogs I have dealt with are pros. I guess it was just my time. Thank you

Yeah as DarreLP said, I wasn't blaming you, I was trying to give you some advice for future purchases. I guess I could have phrased it better.

I don't think I understand sending back the empty CD case.

One of the few conversations I had with the seller he said he was going to look for the CDs. Since obviously he didn't check before he shipped the purchase to me, I am not sure if he ever found them but I certainly had no use for the CD case so I sent it back on my dime.

Another option, was not going through the expense and/or trouble of having done so.

    I don't think that way,
I don't like keeping anything that's not mine, and I didn't pay for. In this case I paid but I didn't get what I paid for. But in my mind it's still not mine, it's his. As bad as the guy was I don't steal other people's property.

Yet it was yours, once you paid for it, regardless of whether or not it was correct. Always wait for instructions first, it's rule No. 1.

No but having documentation and all the paperwork was key to ending the situation.
