Amazing record however my copy has a fairly constant underlying crackle throughout. Checked with a cheapo 5:1 home audio system and also using my AKG K702 headphones. Record was brand new in the shrink wrap, no cleaning before playing. I'm listening to many new records at time of writing and everything else sounds fine on this setup.

Ive run out of record cleaning solution so il see if the situation improves after a quick clean at a later date.

Good clear sound. Interesting extreme stereo separation of each instrument. Guitar and trumpets on the far right, keyboards on the far left. In 'Twenty One' there is a long section of guitar only where the left channel is so quiet I thought my speaker cable had fallen out! Then on the next track, 'Spoonful' the opposite happened with a long section of keyboards only and the right channel is almost completely silent.
