I own a local store so I cannot ensure everything on discogs being available. Hope for understanding and welcome for asking me before buying!!

** We ship directly to your Discogs address! If you would like your order to be shipped elsewhere, please notify us immediately within your order.

** All stuffs will be shipped with tracking number.

** We accept offer, please message us. But if we didn't reply you, that means we have no interest in your offer.

** We usually ship within 3-5 business days (we are closed on weekends) from "payment received" date.

It's best to include your phone number in your address.
All stuffs will be sent by ed mail.
For boxset, please ask for shipping cost.

If the order is over 3 CDs, we suggest the cds could be sent without cases.

** Please do not buy items if you do not intend to pay. All orders will be cancelled and re-listed after 4 days if we do not receive payment.

** We do not grade the condition of jewel case because it's easily to be broken in transport and it's also easily to be replaced by yourself.

** If the item is lost or damaged, please with me before you left the negative .

** We will be no duty for any misprint stuffs from the original label, but we will try to mention it out before we list.

Please take a unboxing video when you receive the product. Unless the wrong product is sent, no refund will be accepted for any situation.

For sealed/never opened items, I'm not responsible for any damage to the interior vinyl since I can't see it.

I am not responsible for factory defects on brand new/sealed/never played items, so I do not accept requests for returns or refunds for this reason.

For sealed/unopened vinyl, if you're concerned about cover damage, you can ask me to take the record out of the cover.

For Brazil or Chile Customer, please send me F/RUT number.

The time it takes for an order to get to you can vary in time depending on where you are located, sometimes weeks but also in rare instances it has taken a few months, especially during the busy seasons. So please be patient with your order.
