GENERAL GUIDELINES:

We have had multiple occasions of packages LOST by the USPS in recent months.
- We process orders within 2-3 business days and shipping once or twice a week. Please message us if you have any questions or special shipping requests. We ship your records safely using brand new LP mailers.
- All of our listed records are also for sale at our store located in Philadelphia. We'll check order availability before we process the order, and we will cancel and refund orders if they have been purchased in store before being removed from our online inventory.
- Live around the corner? We offer local pickup. Simply place an order as usual, but choose "Local Pickup" as shipping method. Save on shipping cost, Discogs fees, and come say hello! Our new store hours are 8am-3pm Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Sat & Sun.
- Occasionally, USPS tracking updates are delayed. When we mark your order as "SHIPPED", it is ABSOLUTELY on the way. It may take days before the USPS marks it "RECEIVED". In rare cases, the tracking is never updated but the package will arrive.
- If you order a record that is over $50 and live in the United States, we require Insured Priority shipping to make sure your order gets to you as safely as possible. This is roughly $12 for a single LP, but prices will vary based on weight. If you live outside of the United States, we require ed shipping, which is roughly $40 for a single LP, but prices will vary based on weight and location.
- Sorry, NO DISCOUNTS. We feel items are priced fairly and we reprice lingering inventory often.
- We ship to the Shipping Address you have listed here on Discogs, NOT your PayPal address. Please get it right.
- Absolutely NO refunds or returns after 1 week of receiving package (based on USPS tracking dates).
UNITED STATES:
MEDIA MAIL: Price starts at $8 and automatically goes up based on weight.
- MEDIA MAIL can take up to 10 business days to arrive.
- 2-DAY PRIORITY MAIL is available. Price will be calculated per order, if requested.
- Items priced $50 or more will REQUIRE INSURED PRIORITY SHIPPING.
- INSURANCE IS AN ADDITIONAL $5 FOR UP TO $100 COVERAGE. WE WILL NOT REFUND LOST PACKAGES OR RECORDS THAT WERE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT BY THE USPS. BUY THE INSURANCE IF YOU DON'T TRUST THE USPS!
- Sales tax is calculated by Discogs and will be included in the invoice.
CANADA:
- UPDATE 2022: Recently, we have received word that packages to Canada are now being held up at the border for the buyer to pay additional customs fee, as determined at the border. Our shipping software (Endicia) allows us to pay a flat fee of $7 to avoid this. If you want to avoid hold-ups or extraneous customs fees, please LET US KNOW and we will request this additional cost in your invoice. Delays and even returns may occur otherwise.
- LP's / 12": USPS FIRST CLASS is $21 for up to 2 records. Any more than 2 records, your order will be weighed and invoice will be sent.
- 7"s": $16 for one 7", once over 8oz. order will be weighed and invoice will be sent.
INTERNATIONAL:
- UPDATE 2022: Orders $50 USD or higher will REQUIRE ED shipping. ed shipping has been varying in price lately. It is GENERALLY an ADDITIONAL $25 - $35 USD depending on weight or location. This will be calculated and put on the invoice after placing the order.
