Okay sounding pressing. Bass is nice, but it sounds quite flat otherwise. Both discs were pressed off center which provides an audible "warble" sound -
Surprisingly one of the best-sounding albums I have in my entire collection. I barely had to clean it at all and both lps sound absolutely amazing. Thoroughly impressed, especially after the 7 copies of the beige folklore pressing I had to go through for them all to sound bad :). -
Incredibly clean pressing, almost zero static or pops. Some songs are a bit sibilant, Innocent, Long Live. Many have incredible soundstage: Back to December in particular sounds way better than streaming, dynamic and full. Speak Now also very good. The more bluegrassy tracks like Mean have very very clear mandolin and banjo with fantastic imaging. -
I have had this LP since 2019 and my copy has an amazing sound quality. The mastering is clear and dynamic and I don't hear any IGD, but there's a few pops in some parts of both LPs. -
No comment on this (or the other 2016 European pressings for Taylor Swift and Fearless). Does this pressing of this album sound any good? Or maybe better than the other ones? I've heard that the other pressings have a good master and it's less compressed, but don't sound good for other reasons (sibilance, IGD, etc.). Does anyone that owns this experience this at all? Thanks.
