Edited 2 months agoMy 2005 reissue blow this away. That's fine though because the Pine St. show is great to have on vinyl.

I wonder if there was another repress on this one, just received my copy and the hype sticker does not mention nor include mp3 card. Also the “20th Anniversary Double-LP” line is in white text rather than black as pictured.
It did come with the booklet and the records are housed in poly inner sleeves, very nice package. -
Love bleach to me it’s more of a punk record than grunge which the rest of the nirvana records are but great pressing

Buy this. Don’t hesitate. Phenomenal package. Sounds fkn awesome. Live disc is a real treat as is the book. Nirvana’s best album IMO done very well.

Edited 5 months agoCut/Pressing: 9/10. (Nice thick 191 grams of PVC; not 180.)
It’s a great pressing, thanks to Ryan Smith at Sterling and whichever plant pressed this (anyone know?). It’s not one of the absolute best sounding records I own, but it wasn’t that stellar a recording to begin with. Endino charged them $600 to record it. I’ve spent more on Nirvana product through the years than they spent on BLEACH studio hours. In that context, it’s a supremely fantastic record, obviously. Dead quiet vinyl.
The live show is such a cool addition. This is certainly some of the absolute quietest vinyl I own. Dead silent! I love live Nirvana and I like very few bands live. Maybe just Phish and Metallica, but neither as much as Nirvana live. Cool bonus to have this 1990 Pine Street show on vinyl — right before hell broke loose for them.
The 16-page insert is a highlight as well. Awesome photos. High quality. Nice addition. Fun to leaf through.
… and thick poly inner sleeves. What else can you ask for? -

The real Nirvana. I'm not saying they could have gone on to great hights like they did with Chad, not saying they couldn't have either. Just not a Dave fan. Best album Nirvana ever made.
