Comes with a jacket sized fold-out leaflet containing the lyrics, sheet music and guitar tabs.

Additional to the stamped matrix in runouts '020' is faintly etched; this indicates that the lacquer had been cut or the mother had been manufactured somewhere else and not at Sonopress.
