Notes
Jeremy Deller had an idea. The idea evolved. This is the result of that evolution. Part of the evolution included a project entitled Acid Brass involving The Williams Fairey Band performing acid house anthem "What time is love" originally recorded by the KLF in 1988.

so, side A - this is what it would sound like if 2 demented scottish blokes smashed through Westminster abbey on NYE1999 in a beat up ford Galaxy with a ghetto blaster strapped to the roof, on an acid drenched mission through time & space & demanding to know what time it was !!!! - in case you ever wondered what that scenario would sound like
Side B - in the cold light of the new dawn and millenia, they have had some sleep, had a shower & shave - but continue on the same mad campaign having infiltrated a brass marching band and spiked the best session bitter with dalek juice
