What a fine single from the Stones - great sound generally, and I enjoy their occasional forays into politics. By 1991, not exactly leaders of their ageing generation of original fans, but telling it like it is. A mischievous touch with "sometimes dictators need a slap on the wrist"..
    Thanks, guys
