Seventh Hour on Impact is vastly underrated. It's neither a strictly happy hardcore tune nor a Jungle tune; it sort of floats somewhere in between, just great solid Hardcore with nice time-stretched snares and chopped beats and a lovely floaty breakdown with a wonderful vocal interlude. Heavenly and uplifting without a hint of cheese - beautiful moment! Excuse the pun, but incredibly impactful!
Stupendous stuff from Mr. Parsons :)
