DAMNNNNN this pressing goes crazy. Only complaint is there’s some sibilance on side A, mainly with fever. Everything else plays fantastic. Huge sound and deep bass, music really hits you. Wide soundstage, quiet vinyl. I know this is cliche but with some of these songs it really is like hearing them for the first time again. Rain and Bad Girl and Secret Garden sounded particularly fantastic to my ears. Madonna originals tend to sound fantastic but this one’s really next level

The original European pressings from 1992 are by FAR, the best sounding of them all and they sound AMAZIING. Why's It So Hard is one of her most underrated and best songs. Even today it sounds awesome.

Reviewing every record in my collection:

Now THIS, this pressing is the real deal. It sounds SO.DAMN.GOOD. I own a 2012 repressing that really does no justice at all to the album. This pressing is so dynamic, and the Bass on It!!! Deep without being overbearing, I'm discovering so many details I hadn't before (and I've listened to this album so many times) Definitely gonna throw my 2012 repress out the window and keep this one. One day I'd like to own the US promo (which I stupidly didn't purchase when I had the chance) but this one is more than worth it.

If you can find a mint or NM copy of this it’s so worth it. I can’t listen to it often because it makes me sad thinking about how the majority of my other albums don’t sound as amazing.

WOWZERS. THE BASS ON THIS IS SICK!!! So Much More Lively, Dynamic And Bombastic Than The CD Or Streaming Versions. Arguably The Most Forward Thinking Pop Album To Come Out By One Of The Major Pop Stars Of The Early 90's. This Thing Sounds Even More Futuristic And Has Better Production Than Every Pop Record That Comes Out These Days, In Dance Or Club Orientated Pop Music 30 Years After It Came Out. There Is Some Filler On The Back End But The First Half Is All Killer. Bye Bye Baby, Waiting, Thief Of Hearts, Rain And Fever Being My Favourites. Did You Do It ,Erotica, Words And Bad Girl Are Great Fun Too.

I have this original pressing, the 2012 Rhino reissue and the white vinyl pressing, and I can confidently say that the original pressing sounds the best. Probably one of the best pressings of any album I have in my collection. Incredibly dynamic and very heavy on the bass. Highly recommend.

Sire as its best. Maybe just a bit too dynamic, the bass is boombastic.

Her greatest album and the original pressing is sensational. Rarely strays far from the turntable and sounds as good now as it did back in 1992.
