CD copies going as cheap as $0.87 (US) as of the time of this writing (April 5 2024), and to think that when it was first released you couldn't find it for less than $18- at most major retail stores. The type of music may please those who like French acoustic rockabilly stuff, but the songs are really not that good. The artwork is interesting, but tells you nothing about the band or music. It's not a waste of money if you get it really cheap, as it was to me at the time, which brings up another point: While it is true that compact discs tend not to hold their resale value - only a precious few titles have increased in price - overabundance and changing public tastes usually cause the price of a used CD to plummet, and this album is a textbook case. A lot of 80s and 90s French rock and pop have unfortunately not aged well, and especially the type that is "niche" such as this album and material from another French band called Elmer Food Beat.
