Tri-fold sleeve, triple vinyl release with several unique tracks.

'Half Past Dub' only appears on this release in the Hard Hands catalog. This track resurfaces later as 'Lambsbread' on the Select Cuts label (CD and vinyl). 'Open Up', is an extended version on this pressing, it has an additional section that has never appeared anywhere else. 'Cut For Life' only appears elsewhere on the 2xCD re-issue and the 'Simply Vinyl' 12", which has the regular version of 'Open Up' on the flip.

          Most of the people who've commented in the last few years, definitely don't have this copy, they have one of the reissues. This release specifically is extremely special as it was cut by PORKY who is an industry legend cutting and mastering engineer, it's never and will never be repressed. You all have the recent reissues from 2017 and later. Check the runouts. If you do indeed have a PORKY cut, then never give it away. PORKY cuts ONLY go up in value, they're very sought after.

              This 3 x 12" swaps out Song of Life with Cut for Life. Cut for life doesn't have the atmospherics for the intro and jumps straight in with the Last Bongo in Blegium break, but after the intro, they're essentially the same. Half Past Dub is the main reason for adding this version to your collection. Technically it's actually a Leftfield remix of Glen Brown & King Tubby's Lambsbread Dub subtitled "Half Past Dub". It's a super deep dubwise workout.
