This is an incredible document of early industrial music. It's a great mix of hypnotic tribal percussion, electronic experimentations, and mischievous vocal samples. All couched in a mist of early 80s tape hiss...or is that a leaking steam pipe in the warehouse basement studio? It's very successful -in my opinion- at creating an evocative sonic experience. But as we have seen in future releases like Paradise Disowned, and Heresy, Williams is good at that. Reminds me a bit of Gerechtigkeits Liga, and early Current 93. Some of my favorite Lustmord material.
