Wicked E.P.!
Sounds of the Summer of '94!
Sweet Dreamz has that chilled summery feel to it and was around the time when the ambient and intelligent side of drum 'n' bass was just starting to emerge. Your Destiny is more the sort you would hear at raves and on the illegal airwaves in London and Manchester (from my perspective anyway).
Both wicked tunes, highly recommended!! <3 <3 <3 <3 -
It's 9am Sunday morning, you've not slept for 48 hours having gone to see Fabio, Scotty, Randall and co play on Friday night. The lounge is smoky, no-one's speaking and you're still on the decks. Sweet Dreamz is the perfect tune.

I’ve loved “Your Destiny” ever since I heard Mickey Finn open with it on a very precious bootleg AWOL tape pack (other tape being Kenny Ken). Great intro tune.

My copy (maybe all copies) have the track info the wrong way round on the centre label.
On mine the A side is actually 'Sweet Dreamz' and the B side is 'Your Destiny'.
Is anyone elses copy like that? -
Sweet Dreamz is such a mellow rolling track. One of the most original atmospheric pieces I have ever heard. Your Destiny is worth a rinse too...

Edited 11 years agoIt's all been said bellow to be honest, but you really cant lavish enough praise on the tune Sweet Dreamz It's a stunningly masterful track! I could use so, so many adjective's to describe it, because of the sheer amount of vibe and feel it contains within its 9 minute journey. The beats are Crystl tight 'n'crisp and the bass is full and warm and it just rolls blissfully along, drenching the listener in amazing atmospheres and vocals that make you melt away ..if you let them. This in my humble opinion is one of the best tunes Crystl has ever made, and one of the finest ever to grace the scene. Sweet Dreamz is a classy timeless track and an absolute must for any Jungle/dnb DJ, fan or collector. ...but really, music this good deserves a much wider audience than that...
