The 2025 vinyl version of Redux sounds AMAZING. A brilliant pressing. Only gripe is fitting 4 records with printed inners into a single pocket sleeve - adding (MoFi) polylined inners *inside* the printed ones works but makes for a much tighter fit than it needed to be. But that’s a small gripe for what is, honestly, a phenomenal release overall, at least to my untrained ears.

Dear labels, how about a 30th anniversary repress of this masterpiece?

Perhaps Seefeel's deepest and most inspired album.
During all these years the compositions remain as penetrating as ever. The minimal, repetitive and obsessive character of this record paradoxically generates a maximum effect on the listener.
Atmospheres tinged with shoegaze and dub, a masterpiece of the time.

I had both vinyl versions and I recorded both on the same turntables. To my ears, the original Quique. The sound is fuller on the 1993 version.

Theres a reason Ive owned 2 copies of this cd! Timeless in essence a nice diversion from the 100% electronic based music of the ambient/dub scene circa early 1990s.
I own the re-release with all the excellent remixes(highly recommended too) and today in the 21st century this album still sounds fresh and unique in aesthetics. The guitars, drum machines and dub infused bass-lines makes it relevant to the curious music listener of today.

There's a promo white label 2XLP version of this record with alternate track listing. I have a copy of it on cassette, and the new tracks are as good as the known published tracks! Still looking for the vinyl though...
