Love all the stuff on DFL... Twisted Future though has to be one of my all time favs. Lovely to mix and the drop is just so heavy after the chant...'Give it up' That Tina Moore vocal is killer along side the deep heavy bass.
It would be nice to see all the original DFL tunes for a digital remaster so we can all enjoy these classics forever more !!!
Come on DREEM TEEM get all these classics digitally remastered please

This ones off the heezy.
Twisted future is funkier than a slice of camembert left out in the sun. Tina Moore's stutter-effect repeated vocal, im sorry I dont know the technical term, is used the exact right amount that it breaks up the tune without ever getting boring. The whole thing just loops and drops with enough bass to keep you bopping.
To me this seems like a fairly simple production technique done impeccably. One hit wonders of the garage scene.
Gas club back in the day '..Give It Up..'
