Notes

Label variant: "Nonbreakable" under catalogue number, compared to labels of release: Highway 61 Revisited.
Jacket variant: "meaningless" correction instead of original misprint "meaningful" in next-to-last paragraph on back cover.
This issue has an upside down "4" fabrication code in red ink on the bottom of the jacket back cover below track timings box.

According to searchingforagem.com, there are three label variations and two jacket variations of the first mono release:

1. Label without "Nonbreakable" under catalog number; jacket with "meaningful" (see original disabled images of release Highway 61 Revisited.)
2. Label with "Nonbreakable" under catalog number; jacket with "meaningful" (Not currently present in database.)
3. Label with "Nonbreakable" under catalog number; jacket with "meaningless" (This entry and see Highway 61 Revisited with different matrix #s.)
An additional label variant on referred site shows no 360 Sound "arrows" ading "MONO" on label. (Not currently present in database.)

See further discussion in Highway 61 Revisited release history.

"T" stamped in runouts denotes Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute, pressing.
