I purchased a copy of this single recently an it has a different sleeve to the Stateside company sleeve shown. It has an EMI Records sleeve with pictures of albums for sale e.g. Both Sides of Herman's Hermits, Martha and the Vandellas greatest hits, etc. The front has 12 album covers in colour ad the reverse has 6 with the company logo, details and "Give EMI Record Tokens 5/- to 30/- Exchangeable for all leading makes of Disc and Tape Records"
