If you like your reggae soulful and full of funk then this compilation is worth the price of ission. An incredible collection of tracks that I was lucky to run across 15 years ago. I still spin this regularly and the vinyl sounds awesome. If you have one that is noisy then chances are its a bootleg. The original also came with a printed insert. -
What about some crowdfunding? In the past there was beatdelete web site. Now new crowdfunding from bandcamp maybe?

Just received the Darker than Blue LP today, as I've benn looking for it for years. Nos that I have it here on my turntable I'm completely disapointed as the quality of the sound is so poor. I used to listen to the CD version that was really correct. But hell this Vinyle pressing is rubish. I suspect this is not an original copy. Is there anyone here that has the Vinyle copy and can tell me if the quality is ok...just to compare. Thanks guys
