I too was expecting it long time back then. This record was deffinately one of the best breakcore releases of 2005. The venetian snares and duranduranduran tracks have become real hits ever since, being played by all good breakcore dj's a lot. This album is a collection of high kwality productions of all the big names in the experimental partycore scene. It's both interesting as dancable music. The perfect mixture of experimentalism and rave, as mutant snipers usually is, but even more in this release. It was one of the last good compilations with an overview of what was realy going on in the breakcore scene at that time.

Edited 19 years agoI (like many) looked forward to this release for months. Kept getting delayed, but well worth the wait, IMO. This is a nice snapshot of the artists out there who are taking beat annihilation to the next level.
You've got one of those "Who's who" lineups here and the artists come through, for the most part. The tracks from Doormouse and Toecutter are kind of weak but other than that, you've got a great mix of breakcore of the "dancefloor" and "headfuck" varieties. There's a lot of variation here and you'll enjoy mixing these tracks as much as you'll enjoy sitting and pumping them through your headphones. I'm not going to get into all the reasons why you should buy this, just know that you should.
