The stereo banner release was issued 29 September 1966 on the same day as the mono 1st pressing.

Both mono and stereo 1st pressings were on the yellow and black label. The silver and black "banner" label was a 1969 stereo only reissue of all the parlophone LPs. All the silver and black banner releases came out in 1969
