This is an okay sounding pressing. Cut very loud, and extremely bassy, though the vocals often seem to suffer as a result of this, with Maggie Mae and Get Back in particular being quite hard to listen to. -
How can you tell what factory the first pressings were manufactured at by the album cover only.?
My copy is still sealed and I am not opening it obviously but all US first pressing album covers look the same to me. -
Who’s paying $900 for this? It really doesn’t sound too good. Save yourself $870 and buy the 2021 Giles Martin remaster. -

I knew to identifying. Mine is near exact to this but…
Side One: etched Phil + Ronnie JS 17,500-14 #7 sf and stamped I AM and Bell Sound
Side two: the same but JS 17,500-13 …
I checked out the counterfeits but this definitely doesn’t match those. -
I have Maggie Mae on the label credited to (P.D. arr. Lennon, McCartney, Harrison, Starkey) but the side one etching is JS-17,5000-13 #3 and side two is JS-17,501-14 #8. Cannot find this anywhere on Discogs. Gatefold, US pressing. Has Bell Sound SF and I Am in the triangle.

Just thought I'd mention that the copy I have here to sell has two Scranton stamps (I AM in triangle) in the run off of Side 1 and only one on side two. I also would like to point out that I bought my copy of Let It Be on the day it was released on May 18, 1970 and there was no poster . In fact over the years I have asked every Beatle collector I know and they too have expressed surprise when I mentioned the poster. I also have only seen this poster (exactly like cover) in a reissue some years back. So, I'm wondering if the poster mention is even accurate.

I have a copy that matches this description exactly except the gatefold pictures are pasted in incorrectly resulting in them being upside down and on the opposite side of where they should be. Anyone know if this a common error?
