I've listened to this album countless times since I first got into Gary Numan in 2009, but finally listening to this pressing is an absolute revelation; it's like I'm hearing the album for the first time all over again. The dynamics, the mix, the instrumentation, the warmth of it... it's like I'm 19 all over again falling in love with the music of Gary's "machine trilogy." This is without a doubt going to be my preferred way to hear this album for the rest of my life.

The synths on this sound so warm and buttery it’s amazing. Such a high def analog sound on this piece of vinyl. Big soundstage gives the music a larger-than-life presence. Excellent detail, excellent channel separation. A very nice and neat recording. Recommend this Japanese version if you come across it. Japanese vinyl holds up so well over time. Bought a copy of this recently and not a scratch on it.
