Edited 3 years agoThis is a hard rockin' album, a little bit of '80s production treatment, but otherwise it really hits the spot. Coverdale was a vocal god.
Bluesy hard rock writing with some catchy choruses, including "Slide It In", "Slow an' Easy", "Love Ain't No Stranger".
Excellent sounding pressing. Absolutely huge when cranked. Guitar tones translate very well to the mix. This one is the better of the two pressings I own.
4.5 stars. Recommended.
