Note: the IEP (Integral embossed and painted) text is wrong this 7" is mono clearly the Ich Libe Dish at Ariola had wishful thinking.
At least the UK pressing has 1. Paper labels
      2. Correctly states it's mono
      3. Has a cut out on the rear of the sleeve

The mastering/cutting engineer went back to the 50's and cut a crazy tight audio groove (thought I was looking at an early UK Decca tri pressing looks very odd now. The metals must have had duplicate father plates done as the UK pressing (Done under contract at EMI Hayes) come from the same metals. Easy job for EMI pellets and labels.
This was a double whammy single
      1. The tie-in Album pleaser where BOTH tracks are presented in Stereo
      2. Levi Jeans used the track for their current ad and so chipped in towards the costs!

If you must have these two tracks yet again in mono then go for the UK pressing at least it looks right etc etc IMO there is NO competition between a Paper Label and an IEP
