Pink vinyl album issued in a plain, textless, solid pink jacket with a plain, textless, solid pink inner sleeve. Some copies have a blue title sticker affixed to the front. Vinyl color of this issue ranges from opaque pink to translucent salmon, with variations possibly due circumstances at press time, or perhaps to individual copies' storage conditions over decades (see photos). Likewise, some jackets are not evenly pink - either due to printing anomalies or perhaps likewise individual copies' storage conditions and age.

Another matrix number slightly different than the "Pellé" has been issued M6 315802 1; and in the full pink sleeve and cover
From all the versions I have seen and mines, they just probably have been pressed at the same time and some employees must have put the wrong vinyls in the covers, or it was intended; we could probably consider all the number from the normal cover - pink version and this version are actually the same -
I have the issue, 2C 068-98434 on pink vinyl. I purchased it when it was released. It does NOT have a pink cover, it does NOT have a pink inner sleeve. It has the regular cover, and the regular inner sleeve. It was made In . It is on Harvest Records. Released 1977. There is a sticker on the cover stating: "DISQUE ROSE", and "TIRAGE LIMITE". -
Nice sounding pressing, just cool as hell and one of my favorite Floyd in my iral collection. Funny side note, it’s my Ty Cobb card placed in bike spokes. I scored this 36 yrs ago at 12 for cleaning up at family friend who owned a large record dist in Baltimore, got home and wrote Floyd - Animals on cover, picture disk on inner...what a whanker, lol.
Pardon long wind but it’s one of my funnier stories and prized Floyd in collection. -
My copy conforms with everything but the cover. Mine is NOT completely pink. The back cover is a milky white on the top half and pink on the bottom. I heard it was pulled after issue for the entirely pink cover. Anyone else seen this cover? -
