One of my favorite albums, but this pressing sucks. The compression sucks all of the exciting peaks out of it. Seriously, it is brick walled to the point I get angry thinking about it. Find another version/pressing.

Holy shit! On my copy there’s a spot in the song “wake up” where the stylus gets stuck and just repeats the part “and then came the shot” it locks in the groove for some reason and plays it non-stop until I pull the needle off a reset it after that hahahaha it’s actually pretty sic. Anyone else have this happen?

Omg. This just blows me away, sounds so crisp, no cracks or pops, I really recommend this. Great record front to back one of my all time favorites

Edited one year agoJust opened a copy of this and inside was LP 1 of Future's debut LP... Huh. Reported it to the record shop I got it from on Discogs. First time this has happened! Anyone else?

Edited one year agoI’m certainly not an audiophile and don’t have the best set up, but for the price point and the fact that this is 52 minutes on one LP, it sounds pretty good!

This record kicks you right in the gut. Big from start to finish. Side B starts to get a little flat but other than that the record is phenomenal because of the price AND the fact they put it all on one LP.
I’m actually very happy with this record. -
sounds insane from start to finish! the last 2 tracks on side b do begin to down a little flat but wow, what a pressing. i've never heard the album sound more alive than this!

Edited one year agoThis pressing is great, yeah it doesn't have the separation of the OG, but this album is mixed and mastered so good, that even CD slams, so this is perfectly fine pressing for majority of fans.
Also you need a really Hi End system to notice the compression that was introduced by remastering it, other than that this thing slams as hard as the OG, turn up the volume and given how expensive the OG pressing is this is totally worth it. Don't listen to anybody who say otherwise, most of us will be satisfied with this, again I repeat the compression people talk about is not noticeable on average system with 100$ cart.
