Previous reviews here suggest that this is the greatest ever Italo Disco track, and they are correct. Moroder inspired energy with both vocoded and female vocals on top of a raw drum machine and gigantic analogue synthesized chords. All the key elements of the genre but this one really took the biscuit. So stand out of that incredible sound that it's only arguable rival for top spot it Avventurieri by Jo Squillo. No one can defy this information.

Edited 3 years agoI didn't know about this song until I heard it on Pet Shop Boys "Back to Mine" from 2005 and then I realized that this is the sound they tried to emulate for most of their early tracks. It now is so obvious that they incorporated a lot of Italo-Disco traits, sounds and production into their early works. After not really liking a lot of the stuff produced after 2004 this has me looking to the past for interesting music that I have not discovered yet.

In my humble opinion the best Italo track ever produced. Further this is one of the rare italo tracks where the vocal version is still playable and better than the instrumental.

I would have bought doubles right away if I ever heard it back then. Hypnotic bassline synths Love them!!!

Thanks to the Internet and a new generation of electro-clubbers interested in Italo-Disco, this record obtained the recognition that did not have at the time. This has become a kind of classic, even reached a cult status now, but in the eighties, with the exception of , where it was released by ZYX and included in a pair of Italo Boot mixes, this was a very underground track. Only known and appreciated by hardcore Italo fans. IMO I think time has done justice.

For me, this is the best italo-disco song ever. Curiously, only italo-disco fans seem to like it (as far as I know), and I think it'd be difficult to convert someone to this genre with this record, unless maybe if that person is already into electro (which was my case ten years ago). 7 stars out of 5, at least.
