Quality is good but as mentioned before with some hiss and pops. But question, does anyone else have what seems like a production failure on side D track 1 in the first seconds the stylus skips two times. Looking closely at the record there is no visual damage and it looks to be a printed failure. -
As everyone else said, the packaging is stunning. I love the alternate cover and the gatefold image. The images on the picture discs are also beautiful. That being said, this is a picture disc so sound quality is definitely not as good as a normal vinyl. The sound isn't bad, but there are a few pops and cracks throughout. -
It’s a stunning package and the sound is very dynamic. Best picture disc I have. Like the broadway 20th anniversary with the lenticular cover, I had to have this one mostly for the aesthetics. But then I put it on and knew I wouldn’t need to get a “best sound quality” copy too. -
Stunning jacket. ‘The Wizard and I’ sounds especially lush. Very minor pops and cracks throughout quieter sections. -
Edited 6 months agoSounds good for a picture disc. Some minor pops and cracks but I feel like it will not be bad after I play it a few times. The picture discs of Glenda and Elphaba are beautiful! Heavy discs though. I housed them in paper sleeves to keep the ones they came in unworn condition. A must have for any Wicked lover. -
This looks absolutely gorgeous but I know that picture discs usually don’t have the best sound quality, so I am hesitant on buying it. Has anyone listened to it in full? Does it sound good?
