Another absolutely beautiful release from International Anthem. Anna Butterss already had one of 2024’s best albums with SML and drops another. Great packaging and a beautiful color variant.

On listening to the first track, this sounds terrific, a great pressing. I had no idea what to expect having bought it on the strength of a review and interview with Butterss, so I'd say - with my dilettante jazz knowledge - it leans toward Nucleus with a thread of Afrobeat running through. Quite intoxicating.
