Your sound, a made up sound, in my life, pulp fiction, the flute tune... ect ect. Just one look at that tracklisting is all it takes. Lots of top shelf deep tunes on this pack. The pressing is great for a 2 per side cut, if you can avoid the mispressed specimens of course. i will say that by far the worst thing about it is the fact that the track names are not printed on the labels for some ungodly reason..

I'm looking for an outer cover on its own if anyone happens to have.
I had one but said I was thinking of framing it. My wife then bought a frame in secret for my birthday... the frame was too small... so she got some... scissors... not a nice birthday surprise. -
Edited 2 years ago*I've edited my comment below to reflect that the sample source permits us to identify "Final Approach" *
There seems to be two different vinyl and CD pressings of this out there: one with "Day break" as A2 track, one with "Final approach".
"Final Approach" must be the menacing masterpiece with radio talk sampled from the intro to the 1991 film by the same name.
This fittingly leaves "Day Break" for the melancholic jazzy number.
Booklets will either give the correct or wrong track names, depending on version. Check audio to be sure what you get. -
Awesome album for all the usual reasons but mine has C side Lemon D and Hidden Agenda pressed the same on both sides? Mine doesn't have Pulp Fiction or Spectrum... Odd that, still at least I have In My Life as only came out on this album :)

That eerie sound in "The Nocturnal" from ~3:00 is incredible.
Overall, best tune here. Perfect example of "tunnel sound" of 90's. -
One of my favourite LP's of all time! Tracks like In My Life, Made Up Sound, Spectrum, Down Under... Jungle mastery of the deeper kind!

Edited 14 years agoMy first piece of vinyl and still one of my favourites. For me breakbeats never sounded better than here.. The sound of these tunes is very mature, with that special feeling attached. They have something a miss a lot in newer jungle/drum&bass records..
