Edited 4 years agoDifferent colour labels exist of the FAST release, albeit with the same etchings between the runout grooves. One is black and white, one is black and cream. Sleeve is cartridge as opposed to the matt paper of the Virgin reissue and is prone to fading - worth storing in the dark!

My 006 20 1128 7 copy has a completely blank center label instead "being boiled". B-side "circus of death" is normal. Something worth to talk about or simply factory mistake?

Edited 7 years agoOver the last 13 years just 6 reviews overall about one of the all time best synth tunes of the late '70's and even more this is almost disgusting, is it? This tune was and is history for a whole generation. In my opinion.

Edited 6 years agoA brilliant statement. Much, much better here without echo-treatments (as later on 1982 version). 'Circus of Death' however fares much better on 'Reproduction' - production was more lush and even more in Depeche-Mode-to-come ... Still a nice start for a truly synth-minded group.
