Wonderful record. After years of knowing Alfa Mist only by name, I picked this up new for around $20 in a local shop. Dropping the needle on this after work with a plate of hot wings was a wonderful night. This will remain heavy rotation for sure.

The record is very bass-forward as everyone else has stated, but I'm not sure that's unintentional. I see this record as very low-end textured, often dominated by powerful basslines and attacking drums.

I might have gone for a lighter, more 50s-ish texture, but that doesn't detract from this album one bit. Abdolute 10/10 from me!

I agree with what has been said that although the album is absolutely fantastic in my ears the production let´s the side down a bit with very boomy bass. I am lucky enough to have a very high end stereo system which can be unforgiving if the production quality is lacking. What a shame. Whether this wonderful album will ever be remastered is in the stars, but if it was I´d be first in line.
