The mix by Flemming Dalum turns the tide. Otherwise I would have classified the record clearly as a bad buy ! -

Another fantastic reissue/ release from 's excellent ZYX records label. "Communicate" was originally released back in 1983 on Memory record label Italy. This 12" is pressed up on beautiful orange marbled vinyl which sounds amazing to me with no issues what so ever. This features the two original mixes plus two brand new 2023 mixes. The Flemming Dalum remix & the Vanzetti & Sacco DJ cut stick very close to the original 1982 but just add subtle new synth and beats touches to their mixes. IMO "Communicate" has some real Giorgio Moroder overtones though out which is a good thing.
