The First Italian Edition was released with a provisional sleeve, to be exchanged with single sleeve when available /

Label Red and Black, 14/9/70 impressed on the run off groove.
"Produced and distributed in Italy by Rifi Record, officially licensed by Atlantic Records."
"Busta Provvisoria" was a marketing practice formula sometimes used in Italy during the 60's / 70's to launch records on an hungry market before the international design version was confirmed.
Once ready, by presenting the temporary cover at the record shop one would get the official sleeve.
There's another provisional sleeve version with the "Atlantic" logo in the bottom left corner mirrored. See the misprint here: Led Zeppelin III
