I have a US green vinyl version I bought yesterday, cat. no 093624868002 on Reprise. I took pics but wasn't sure how to add this version? It also came with a Disturbed Divisive turntable slipmat (I'll guess an indie exclusive?). Back cover does say Made in U.S.A.
