Listening to Midnights on this lavender marbled pressing makes me appreciate the album so much more. There's something so dreamy about the composition and lyricism and the aesthetic of the record enhances the listening experience. Playback is super clear and it kind of has brief moments of crackles between the tracks which gives it a vintage feel that compliments the era so well!

Some very light surface noise and the pressing is a bit quiet - definitely the worst pressing I have of Midnights. The lavender is really pretty though! -
Edited one year agosounds solid, nothing extremely impressing. the vinyl color is beautiful and appropriate. mine came with a few ticks that are a tad annoying. because of these reasons, deducting two stars here. -
Edited one year agoI don't know why, but I have to crank the volume so loud on my receiver with this and the lavender edition - the sound quality is horrible. I know it's not 180gram, but it is really quiet. When I put on "Lover," the place is bumpin' lol.
Other than that, this record is amazing. Every song is good - she is in her prime and writing beautiful ballads, as well as undeniably anthemic songs. This will go down in history as a classic album - mark my words! -
Ok,.so this is a different color than the purple marbled variant going up for pre order? Furthermore does anyone actually believe that all Target exclusives are " Limited" editions?! Everything I have purchased from Target several years ago are still for sale. Me thinks I smell cow 💩.

Copy the rest of most comments. I think this colorway matches the album pretty nicely. Sound is good. Voices are clear and up front. Bass not overbearing despite this album using more bass than her recent albums. Mixing is nice, mastering seems decent too.
