This is one of those records that brings sunshine in my heart - i guess it is like, for me, the same as it is for someone identifying as a "hardrocker" to wear a Motorhead t-shirt... only though... this is so much better!

"Yolo" and what now - ACID RULES!

Clocking in at 14 minutes, Realms might scare many people off. They need not worry.

While the track does contain a long beatless intro, it's easily mixable thanks to the precise introduction of hi-hats just over a minute in.

As for the track itself, well it's co-written by Thomas P. Heckmann so you know it's gonna rock! A throbbing bassline drives over penetrating acid and little trancey flourishes, and it becomes so hypnotic that 14 minutes are simply not enough!

On the b-side, KC-135 appears to be based upon DHS - House Of God, but with a zippier tempo and some typical Heckmann driving percussion. A great track to use as a dj tool as it is constant but delivers no real suprises.

Stahlherz is literally soaked in acid and is a dark track full of atmosphere, it's kind of what I imagine Josh Wink would sound like in a rather angry mood!

It's all about Realms though. Hypnotic techno that straddles trance in a very dignified fashion.
