Yngwie's best album in my opinion. Well crafted and classic songs, Yngwie's playing at its best with the great Jeff Scott Soto on vocals and a good band to back them up. However the production isn't up to par with that quality and is actually quite horrible. He should have used an external producer. Yngwie shines in his playing of course and it fits perfect with the songs and the melody. A really great album that could have been even better with greater care for the sound.

Edited 3 years agoA killer album that sounds like it was recorded in an unfinished basement, and this pressing is no exception. The West German CD from 1985 is a massive improvement over this version, and most likely as good as it gets. I mainly own this LP for the cover. -
A horrible sounding album.I have a hard time listening to it because of the production.Yngwie's playing is in top form.The band was the best he ever had.
