Great album and mix, but definitely have to agree with others regarding the quality of the packaging compared to other SW releases. Definitely not up to his standard given what I've come to expect from him.
I would have preferred the bonus tracks be on the first disc rather than the second with the instrumentals. And why no bonus tracks on the blu ray? Surely they could have fit them on there - the In Absentia blu-ray had all the bonus material PLUS a 2-hour documentary! -
Really enjoyed the album and the bonus songs! Haven't heard the 5.1 versions yet. But, for that price range, the packaging isn't anything special. A bit disappointed in this. -
I enjoy the album the more I listen to it. Packaging, for a deluxe edition, this smells of the label stepping in, making it as cheap as possible.
Disappointing, and expect much better from SW, and even the Porcupine Tree releases........ shame on you guys. -
Love the album and all but I hate the way they store all the CDs on that cardboard sleeve. Honestly, I was expecting better packaging :/ -
Anyone has noticed how "Love In The Past Tense" length here is one minute shorter than the digital version? Anyone knows if it's a mistake during the print production or actually an edited version? -
Great album - unmistakably Porcupine Tree - and terrific mixes (both surround and stereo) as you’d expect from SW. I just wish all 5.1 mixes were as good as this! Packaging is excellent too
