Little to no surface noise, amazing instrument separation and mixed well - but, sibilance is noticeable and slightly ruins the overall experience. I know Scott’s vocals are mixed hot, but more effort could have been put into mastering the vocals for a vinyl cut.

Sounds pretty good, a little bit of surface noise but not anything too bad. Came pretty dusty but after wiping it off it was fine. Disc 2 came with its center hole being incredibly small and wouldn’t fit on the turntable, I don’t know if that is just my copy or not. Would recommend

Overall, sounds great! Maybe some slight sibilance, but nothing major. Sound is full an dynamic. Quiet noise floor. Very enjoyable listen of one of my favorite records.

Edited 2 years agoGood pressing. Despite the fact that this is one of the greatest albums of the 2010s, I was very hesitant to buy this on vinyl due to some of the reviews of the Astroworld vinyl pressing. Luckily, I have no major complaints. A personal nitpick I have is that I found the vinyl to sound somewhat thin (relatively speaking, keep in mind I enjoy this pressing) when compared to a lossless digital version of Rodeo, but that is just a nitpick, I am pretty satisfied with this pressing overall. I was fearful of the possibility that there might be some major distortion on parts of the record (particularly with Travis' vocals, for example) but I am happy to report that I did not find any major issues regarding that. Finally, I will add that both LPs were somewhat dirty when I opened my copy, as others have mentioned. All of that being said, at the end of the day, I got what I wanted out of this pressing.

I can confirm that the record was a bit dirty but once cleaned really good pressing ! Would definitly recommand it at a fair price

The record was a bit dirty at the opening but after a quick cleaning it sounds really great! I was scared by reading the comments of the US pressing but I'm really happy of this rendering.
