A note from Marina Zacco Coy
When Steve and Pete were working on SSB MMXVI in 2016, they were also planning on completing an album that they felt should have been released almost 25 years earlier. With that in mind, over the last three years, working over many months from the original multi-track tapes that have been in Steve's archive for 30 years, these recordings have now been lovingly and painstakingly pieced together and mixed by an engineer/musician who had worked closely with them in the 1990s.
The album has been especially planned for release on the eve of the 5th anniversary of Pete leaving us, and is a fitting tribute to everything that both Steve and Pete were: incredibly creative artistes in the truest sense and more importantly, as wonderfully loving people.
We will always love and miss them both immensely, although our memories and their music are with us every day...
