I tracked this down a long time ago as a bit of a completist, and possibly for Suspended in Dusk. The fact is, Suspended in Dusk can now be found in numerous other places (Christian Woman single, Life Is Killing Me 2-disc special edition, and Bloody Kisses Top-Shelf edition); and, honestly, it's not a very good song. It's akin to the title track, in that it's slow and plodding, but only about 1/4 as good, with no real hooks to make it interesting. (The Blood Kisses title track grew to be one of my favorites songs on the album.)
So, don't bother tracking this down unless you're just a collector of TON (as I am). It's not worth it for Suspended in Dusk, and it's missing a few of their better (best?), heavier fare (Kill All The White People, We Hate Everyone), as well as the Type O zaniness exemplified in the short interlude tracks.
The original Bloody Kisses was a nearly perfect album as it was, there was no need to putz around with what they had. Make sure to get a version with the original track listing and order if you're a casual fan or looking to explore what Type O is all about. -
